This working group is responsible for designing and maintaining the core structures that make House of Stake function. Led by James Waugh

Key responsibilities

• Draft proposal structures
• Define and refine voting procedures
• Document and iterate on operational governance processes
• Help define DAO “North Star” objectives
• Break governance OKRs into actionable items

This group ensures the system stays functional, modular, and understandable as it evolves.
