Process
I — Forum
Posted to the governance forum for public discussion and community feedback before any formal review begins.
II — Screening
A committee reviews the proposal for quality and scope. Approval is required to advance to a tokenholder vote.
III — Vote
On-chain vote. Delegates cast their votes on behalf of token holders over a 14-day open voting period.
IV — Security
The Security Council has 14 days to veto on security or legal grounds. No veto means the proposal is ratified.
